E-STEM Festival

E-STEM Festival
We are excited to announce our First Annual E-STEM Festival that will take place on Thursday, September 26th AND Friday, September 27th. Your child will be spending much of those two days outdoors learning through the context of E-STEM skills. (Environmental Education, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Highlights of the day will include visits from naturalists from the Richardson Nature Center and The Works Museum. Please make sure your child is dressed for the weather. Layers are best (t-shirt, sweatshirt and/or jacket). Tennis shoes are a must. Crocs, flip flops or sandals are not conducive to the activities your child will be a part of. Students should also bring a reusable water bottle they can carry throughout the day. This event will go on rain or shine. Students and staff are very excited to partake in our special two-day event!

Volunteers Needed

On the second day of our E-STEM Festival, September 27th (Friday), we are in need of many volunteers.  You can help for the whole day, or just ½ a day.    Volunteers will help facilitate small group activities taught by The Works.  If you would like to help, please sign-up using the following link: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/70A0C48AFA62DA57-estem
